All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be aware that the Postal Service is experiencing delays due to the Pandemic. This is beyond our control and we will do our best to let you know of any problems that might come up in the process.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer USPS which ranges based on weight:
First Class - (3-10 Business days after order confirmation) starting at $5.00 & up
Priority - ( 2-3 Business days after order confirmation) starting at $8.55 & up
FREE Shipping on orders over $250 ( currently in the Continental USA only.)
We are sad to say we cannot offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a street address for delivery.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for certain tools ONLY, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products and services or for items that are ingested, such as supplements.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will work with you to replace the item.
In the event that you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please kindly let your practitioner at Eighth Chakra know with at least 2 hours notice and we will be in touch for an updated appointment time.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
