You see yourself as stagnant, but you are part of a cycle.
Stagnation is an illusion, it appears that all is still, but if you look deep enough, there is movement. If you look at stagnant water under a microscope, life is always at work.
It may be tiny, but eventually that microscopic effort will become macroscopic evidence.
You may not feel like anything is happening in your life, but if you look closely, can you be so sure?
Are you taking any steps? Baby steps are still steps. The most important steps are usually the smallest ones...like breathing, it makes everything else possible...
Your thoughts, what you tell yourself about where you are at and who you are, etc. determine the kind of experience you have in each moment.
Fear and excitement are the same feeling, your thoughts around something determine whether you experience said thing as either frightening or thrilling.
Now is the time both to rest and to create micro movements...you will begin to see the results take form within you and around you, slowly. surely. as long as you don't give up...
Rest... nurtured in the compost, dig in deep…allow it to seep in…..feel it…breathe it out……you can heal darling… it is within you
These dark, stagnant spaces....gifts from Spirit, allowing you space to rest, to process, to integrate...
These dark stagnant times.... the seeds of dreams for a new cycle...
These dark stagnant places.... the birthplace of truly creative lives...
